ISDs need some actual training on how to use the forums and what's normal and expected here.

Simply raise a sensible petition.

I know from experience that once support costs rise from customer complaints translating into support tickets matters are soon improved.

You complain here - no one cares.

Raise a petition (as per the RULES) and it costs CCP money.

Only way to get things done I'm afraid.

Adding IBTE(edit) is pretty good odds while posting.
