Can not log in after today's patch [solved]

I installed the new patch today (25jun)

It installed fine but now whenefer i try to log in the client just exits in mid log in process without any error message or anything.

I have tried to reinstall the patch
I have tried to repair and install patch again

edit: apperently i have to run it in admin mode each time when i turn the client up
