Destroy Ship Class Tech 2: On Grid Only Cyno Beacon Jammer

There is a sore point with being hot dropped which is a ships pops in the middle of your fleet and you are curb stomped with out any warning. Small gangs get hit by blob. with out the ability to react.

Instead of nerfing the Cyno beacon, lets make a ship able to prevent Cyno creation on grid. Their for any cyno jumping into system so the ships need to get to warp to a location Therefore light ships will be needed to warp to tackle targets as the larger ships take time get to warp to enter combat.

This would only effect regular cynos.

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

Change in Tactics:
Using Covert Cyno to hot drop and Kill the Beacon Jamming Boat. This battle will be small usually with the attackers in weaker covert ships but they only have 1 Goal: Kill the Destroyer. To allow them to Light the Regular Ships.

Small Waves of Ships are sent against the small roaming gang to kill the Jamming Destroyer ships so they can hot drop the small gang.

As the poor Jamming Destroyer(s) are getting shot down the rest of the small fleet can decide what to do, Safe the Destroyer, or run as there is bound to be a hot drop coming. If so where? Is the gates camped, or going to be camped with a hot drop?!?!!?

Newbs in goons are training Ships with lots of Mids to fit webbers so they can web the Battles ships so they can get into (Warp) the battle faster since their hot drop had to be off grid.

On Capital ship blobs Carriers and dreads are fitting webs so they can warp to the POS faster to shoot or repair it..


Alternatives.
The spooling up Cyno.
This leaves the 1 man Show in the dark, he will be hunted and killed before it can go off.
This Destroyer system allows players to "choose" to have a defence from a Hot drop.
This Destroyer System allow the attacker to try and counter this defence with Smaller and faster fleets which makes the game fun and enjoyable vs people who hate blobs.
This Destroyer System is not a Nerf, it is an Option.
This Destroyer system delays the lager ships from getting into battle because they will take time to get into warp, and also make it possible for ships to counter hot drop the big ships while the support fleet is trying to tackle the original target.

This Destroyer would allow slight buffing of Super caps again as the main problem of Super caps they were able to Jump into a middle of a fleet, Bubble Up (With HIC help) and Curb Stomp everything in the immediate area, and their extended range, allowed them to hit anything on grid before it could flee. Now Sub cap fleet can out manoeuvre the super cap fleets.



Recommended ship design:
Ship should have limited Weapons but plenty of armour/shield as this is a Defensive ships what would accompany battle of the line ships. It should be using a combinations of Armour/Shield Tank and Sig and Speed tank. So after the module it would have plenty of Grid left but limited CPU.
it should have limited Gank potential as having a blob of these would be unbalances and DPS is the name of the game in blobs.
Other feature on this ship may be an extreme ranged bonus to small reps/transfers, Making a logistic ship for Frigates, which will be the best defence for this ship.

Good. Titan bridge is good sometimes, but sometimes are abused in small gang pvp.
