[UNRESOLVED] Password changed?

So I just got my account reactivated on Singularity but I can't login because my username / password combination is incorrect. When I started playing on Tranquility again a week or two ago, I had to change my password because I had forgotten my old one. The test server was mirrored before the password change so I'm guessing it's still using the old password that I can't remember.

How do I get my password on the test server updated to the new one?

No - there is no way for your password to be changed on Singularity. However I believe that they can retrieve the current singularity password for you

If you changed your password on Tranquility since the mirror was taken, you will have to use your old TQ password. If that doesn't work or you can't remember your old password, READ CAREFULLY:

- you need to contact a member of the CCP QA staff on IRC, because...
- we CANNOT reset your password on the test server. Please do not ask us to, we can't do it.
- read the instructions in Evelopedia on how to connect to IRC. The channel is #eve-chaos.
- QA staff have the [QA] Tag.
