I made a previous PC thread and after following some constructive advice and improving the training I'd like to request a new PC

If any offers are to be made PLEASE mail them...this is a PC thread and will be locked by the new ISD if it becomes a sales thread, as I am still in a corp.

Key selling points:
Great laser skills, great Amarr ship skills, definitely an Amarr-central toon
Great cultural purity - could make a good roleplaying toon for those who are interested
Good ship spread - T2 cruisers and frigates are all options
