I got the same impression. I'm currently doing missions in Caldari space, and it seems to be as bright as Amarr space.

Still it doesn't feel as bad and the three dimensional impression is more distinctive than in Amarr space. So I wonder if it has to do with colors. But maybe that's just me.

Remove standings and insurance.

I agree, Domain is pretty bright. Been doing the starter missions in conoban on an alt... ugh... I can barely see the enemy ships.

In the City of Light, it should be bright, because unlike other places we are happy, loving and friendly in Amarr. Just look at that cold dark place called Jita...

A buddy of mine found the Amarr region the most beautiful out of the 4 highsec ones. Personally I preferred the Gallente green.
