You really want to "revitalize null", "boost low"... then ball it up

To report a bot, you have to see it.

In my recent trip to null (thank you wormholes - one jump from Amarr highsec to deep deep null - very rare but such holes do exist) if I ran a bot for say ratting to get the bounties, I could have gone roughly 2 weeks before being spotted by the people who have SOV there. The ship would have paid for itself by the time I could have gotten bubbled and popped (assuming no "SS and cloak" or dock up directives which are common).

To say that nullsec bots don't get reported is likely true, and hence there is a financial reason to seal off nullsec.

Bring back DEEEEP Space!

PROTIP: According to a blog dedicated to collecting botter whines, bots get banned in null all the time. CCP doesn't need reports to find bots eventually.

Sreegs would be kind of bad at his job if all he did was look at player reported suspects.

six years in the game and still can't get past a gatecamp lol

Again with the troll remarks. You can be such a smart and sensible person and then you go on with crap like this. Only a more powerful fleet can get through a gate camp. Insta-lock, bubbles, massive amounts of drones, etc. ensure that if there is a gate camp, then the only way to get through it is to fight. With so few avenues in to null, avoiding a gatecamp (lrn2scout, d'oh!) is not a viable option.

Nullsec wants PvP and CCP gave it to them. In spades. Deal with it and stop pretending like PvP can be avoided.

Hundreds of people get through gate camps every day. I've done it with something as simple as an Incursus loaded with inertial stabs, friction nozzle joints and a warp core stab, and also using align + MWD + cloak = instawarp on other ships. Covert ops ships can warp cloaked.

Not a difficult task. I've been playing this game since April and if I can accomplish it, I'm sure anyone can.

These game mechanics need to be looked at. Why is a 700 DPS cloaky ship such a threat to an alliance that they need to shut everything down to go looking for you?

Can you pop a cyno and invite in a fleet of 50+ Titans?

Yes.
