circle missions aren't?

ok, has any one else had problems with the circle missions failing to repeat?

You'll only get Faction standing increase once from one of the Circle Agents. Hopefully you were able to complete the circle and get the standing increase.

To check - Open character sheet - Standings section - 'Liked By' tab - Right click on the Circle Agents Faction and select 'Show Transactions'. One of the missions should be listed, if not then file a petition in-game (F12 key).

As stated on that Evelopedia page :

unfortunately the way that is worded it doesn't say if its a (transient) bug that happens to some players, or a deliberate change by CCP. so I'm just trying to see if its me or more widespread.
