Hull upgrades only lv l4 so you can't fit any tech II armor mods
Trajectory Analysis only lvl 4 so you can't fit tech II tracking comp
Those are both bare minimum requirements for incursions, wh, pvp, solo mission running, etc.

You can take a brand new character and train up to a good legion fit in 3 months. With 21 days free, that's not even 3 plex required to do afk training up a good legion pilot. 5 bil is way too much to ask.

I'll have to spend a couple weeks training to get the skills up and the whole point of buying an alt is that you can keep training your main and don't have to train the alt. That's what you're paying for. So the fact that more training is required really lowers the value of this character...

Trajectory Analysis lvl 4 is perfectly sufficent for t2 tracking computer t2's linky: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Tracking_Computer_II

and trajectory analysis is only lvl 3 so ye cant fit em

personally i'd be more concerned with the lack of
strategic cruiser lvl 4 miniumn,
or warp drive operation skill
or repair systems 1
wepaon upgrades 2 - no AWU

etc.

sorry that's what i meant---i was mixed up between saying it's only lvl 3 and it isn't lvl 4. Bottom line: you can't use the tracking comp II.

As i said in private, it lacks some core skills, but they can be trained in max 1 month, plus you can take advantage of the 3 remaps it holds.
Also a bid of 3b is too low, lol.

The purpose of buying an alt is to not have to stop training your main to use the alt. That's what you pay for. You're asking a premium price for a character that hasn't finished training. Ergo it's not worth a premium price. You get paid for what your character is actually worth and I'm actually still nervous about spending 3bil on an alt that needs more than a MONTH more training to have BASIC LEGION SKILLS.

I would legitimately be interested in this toon but your price is silly.
At 13.8 mil SP and with some pretty terrible gaps in training, this toon isnt worth more than 3.5bil

You should certainly accept the 4.7 B/O.

The char price will surly go up in just 3 days when drones interfacing lvl5 will be finished. Also you need to remember that this char has 3 remaps, that's not what you find on char bazar easily, and you can train whatever you want fast using those.
Good core skills are just 3 weeks away at current implants and remap.

And eve board is a bid out of date, char has 14.17m SP
