Well skilled char... flies Jump Freighter, good Station Trader, Production skills, outstanding Research/Invention capability... really nice.

Since you can make a ton of isk with this char, I'd say you should ask for 15b the least. More like towards 20b.
That said, there's no real market for this kind of toons. You might have to be a bit patient in finding a buyer.
