My FC is me and so I choose what music to play. If the fleet pisses me off I play nyan cat for hours. They'd like to block me, but if they get attacked and they've blocked the FC, they're screwed.

never been in a fleet where the FC played music.. guess i have been lucky.. but then the difference between a good FC that pays attention and a rubbish one that messes about.. ...

I joined a Boat fleet once. He told us to shut the **** up, multiple times.
Everything went just as expected.
