WTF?!?! Is this scam or bug?

I think something is ****** or buggy with the market and prices.
So this guy was selling some +1% implant and I checked the market price on it and it was really, really high. All he wanted for it was some random LP which would be worth 1/1000th of the estimated value of the item so I was like that's totally legit. So he traded away his +1% implants for my LP and it seemed like it was fine. But then he made some more with the LP and sold them to me somehow. Is this bug? Can I petition it? Will CCP return me my LP?

Sounds like you got margin scammed. It's when people manipulate the market to make things seem way more valuable so they can trick you into buying them for way more than they're worth. CCP have never reversed such transactions in the past so it'd be completely unprecedented for them to do so now.
