I'm quite hoping that V3ing of capitals, supercapitals and stations will be going hand-in-hand with more sensible scaling so that the Machariel and Hyperion don't outsize most carriers.

T3 skins are already V3'ed.

No they aren't.

No engine glow, no V3. Technically, the Noctis hasn't been V3'd yet either (it just had better V2 textures than the rest of them).

Also, CCP needs to V3 stations. I need that darker gold in Amarr, get blinded every time I look at the sunny side of the EFA.
