I'm assuming original owner decided to cancel the transfer process. Thus the 6 bil was refunded? Idk however, offer is still on the table for the time being but am looking at other characters as this process has been a long and difficult one.

I changed my personal info(on the account) right before I initiated the transfer, CCP thought this was skeptical so they auto banned the account. I was able to clarify and they reinstated the account, thus reversed the transfer, and refunded his isk. Not much I could have done, I thought I was doing a responsible thing, CCP was just doing what they thought was best.
