As the title suggests, I am looking for a high SP char.
I have a large budget to spend, thus I'm expecting quite a nice pilot.


Mandatory:
Arrow Amarr, Gallente, Minmatarr BS V
Arrow All cruiser V
Arrow All T2 large guns
Arrow Command Ships V
Arrow Leadership skills (Wing Command V or higher preferred and at least 1 Specialist skill to V, preferrably Siege or Skirmish. Armor is okay, Information is not)

Bonus:
Arrow Logi V
Arrow Shield/Armor Comps
Arrow T2 Sentries
Arrow Capital skills (Carrier/Dread)
Arrow Missile skills

No-no:
Arrow Industry, Science, Mining etc.
