Not sure how it could be exploitable beyond what already can be done.

Someone leaves it open on their computer at work, some clown comes along sees the "disband alliance" button blammo providence defense fleet number 2!!!

CCP should never do this, because it would open a lot of alliances to being disbanded through evegate while people are out of game and drunk/high off their ass
