Everyone is a pubby. Heck, even some groups in "goonswarm federation" are pubbies.

Even GW people are technically pubbies in some cases ... so are you trying to get us all banned or something? "Pubby" as a racial slur or something like that?

Just you. I have actually seen an increase in quality and messaging lately. It seems to me Mittens is controlling the metagaming.
