I used to play a game called Dark age of Camelot. Very heavy PvP game

One of the most elite PvP squads was led by a woman. I had the pleasure of running with them until I made some awkward joke in voice chat about our in game characters marrying each other. Then I was never grouped again.

Her name was Echoic and the guild was Bedlam.

I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of many of the responses to this thread. I knew there must be a good number of girl players, but didn't really know how to go about finding them. Not that I'm plotting some sort of radical feminist movement or something. Thank you to everyone for the helpful information and interesting reads. I wish I could reply more specifically, but work beckons.

QFT, several of the major guild leaders were female in DaoC and damned dangerous in pvp. Mine certainly were and I'll be damned if I didn't follow her as a guildmaster through another 3-4 MMOs after DaoC.

Sci-fi isn't her thing though so I think I'm safe here. >.>
