rat DPS/loadouts?

has any one actually sat down and figured what amounts of damage rats do, and possibly created a kinda/sorta load out for rats? (im looking at you EFT warriors)

You do realize that there are many, MANY different types of rats... They all do different damage. If you google "eve rat damage" the first 2-3 results should all pop up lists of what the majority of rats do.

Also, there are thousands, yes thousands of fits for pve on various sites around the internet. Battleclinic is one of the bigger ones.

Took 2 seconds on google
Obviously just one example but try looking, you'll see plenty.

yes i had, but google isint perfect more often than not som one know some one, whoknows some one who just happens to have worked/read/noticed something relevent, that i wouldnt come up with/seen on my own.
