I just saw the minmatar new shader trailer on youtube:

Is that really the V3 of minmatar? Hell the resolution sucks. Why did Caldari, Gallente and Amarr got new textures with better resolution and more details and Minmatar not??? Hell the Hurricane sucks now (if the video is the final work).

The resolution is much higher and more detailed.

Ok some ships have new textures, but have you seen the Hurricane? Or the Typhoon? It seems that only frig size ships got new textures...

Not sure what the OP is talking about in regards to Amarr as they look terrible with V3

look and notice that no more details were added. Only the edges are more sharpen and the color is different. Thats not what i am thinking about when ccp tell me that minmatar textures get V3ed.... :(

That is exactly what V3 means. Higher res and new shaders.

I was talking about Amarr. also, V3 is shaders only I believe, nothing else

Shaders are being updated, not textures.

Exactly, only new textures are for ones that need them (like the navy slicer actually getting Navy colors and is now the sexiest frig ever!!!).
