Hello,

I know of a number of female players. One of them was top killer in our alliance only recently, needless to say everyone was massively pissed.

I am a girl gamer, and people hate me.
So if you are a girl gamer than keep it under wraps because people tend to get butthurt when you're better at everything than they are.

Damn this thread turned creepy real quick. I have to say though that during a fleet fight with a bunch of dudes barking in TS a woman's voice can clear comms fast - followed in a few seconds by the requisite cat calls. Always funny.

Pretty much, What you're biological sex is have little to no bearing on EVE. Gender is also not all that important unless you are talking about a RP context and the individual is assuming a gender or ilk form of identity in order to better play the part.

I know of at least one IRL and in my old corp on vent I'm 99.9% positive we had a cool aussie chick (never can be completely sure with those new fangled voice modulating thingies), so yeah.....they're out there for sure.

To me it doesn't really matter, unless you're trying to use EvE as some sort of online dating site....which in that case, im 36-24-36 amazingly attractive yet somehow single, and I live in your area.....call me! Big smile

I tried to introduce a female friend to the game, she spent a few hours creating characters for all slots on the account, played thru the noob tutorial with one of them and never logged in again.

Wasn't attacked or anything either, just didn't find it "fun" to play.

There are lots of girls who play the game. I also know they have their own dedicated chat channel in game. There's a chick named Mint Chip or something like that who runs it. She also has a video blog on YouTube. She's kind of hot.

To get in there, you actually need to be interviewed. Look up Mint Chip and see if you can hook up with her group.

GL, and glad you're playing EvE. We need a balance of the testosterone fest in this crap game.
