we need jump clone reform

Couldn't agree more with OP. I work about 60 hours/week IRL. I live in hi-sec right now running missions. Would definitely get more involved in PVP if I could jump clones more than every 24 hours for several reasons. Just seems like an artificial limitation that hurts the PVP in this game.

Just change it to once per downtime rather than a certain amount of hours.

I totally agree. I also work a lot in addition to wife and kids. Eve is a very time consuming activity as it is and artificial obstacles like the JC timer make it even more difficult for people with real lifes outside Eve to participate. It seems kind of silly to make it a less enjoyable experience for hard working people who probably earn descent money and can afford to pay for their subscriptions as well as spend RL money on Plexes (not much of a choice since they lack the time to deal with the in-game ISK grinding). These customers must be very profitable for CCP, so please make it easier for them (myself included) to actually enjoy the game they pay for.

Tbh I have been thinking about leaving Eve from time to time just because of the amount of time one has to put in to be able to enjoy playing the game. Dedicated players basically play for free as it is (with the PLEX system), so I think it is only fair that changes are made to benefit the casual player as well.

As i remember right, the JC where introduced, because of Implants are unplugable.

So, if you want to try something new, you dont have to destroy alle your implants.

You can have a clone with Snake-Set and a Clone with ........

They where not introduced to implement risk free PvP!

And as we remember right.... every skill only need 2 attributes.
Therefore plug in those two +4 imps. Nothing more needed.
The gap between +4 and +5 imps is around 1 hour per day.
If the lower gain of new SP is not worth your PvP-fun... dont know

sum: The 24 hour timer is fine.

there is no risk if the person won't pvp in the first place.

would you rather have someone pvping and going all out knowing they are gonna eventually lose their ship anyways?

them not pvping at all?
