I believe they are all alts but I don't know. Anyway, fly safe and have fun.

Oh and the scam is promise isk for certain qualities and then take your stuff while they scram an expensive ship you brought to a mission they where doing.

So lesson is. Bring a shuttle the first time you meet anyone.

It's a mission and logistics corporation. Does it say Scammers and Thieves Incorporated anywhere on the name? Silly fool.

On the flip side, I heard they love repeat customers.

So, how did they get your stuff, you let them in your items locker and at the same time they scrammed you and blew you up,or did they just......?

Will keep an eye out marked as red as requested.

They said it was part of the requirements to get in. A trust issue sort of thing and promised to get them back. I'd been in a corp similar where all items were corp assets shared between members. Pretty cool actually and very profitable. However, that idealistic approach aside. I was scammed and I guess I did deserve it. So I am taking appropriate action and reporting the corp as if someone has had something taken and reports it to the police. No anger or rants or threats. Just action, calm and I think appropriate. If this is the wrong place to report characters or corps who scam, then could someone point me to the right place?

Unfortunately I do not have a screen shot. Alas this is the first time I've been scammed.

Hey and thanks Floppie, your joke made me smile. Humor always helps cheer me up.

A much wiser me should have looked at their killboard on battleclinic and noticed some kills where against fellow corp mates. Killing corp mates is like mutiny on a ship, a vile plague.

And Arcturus, I was a silly fool, but now I hope I've learned a bit and am no longer as silly or as fool as I was before. And I like your quote, FYI.

Any other questions. I was probably one of their more pleasant "customers." Probably because this is just a game. And I firmly fly by the cardinal rule of EVE: "Don't fly anything you're not willing to lose." I always remember that each time I undock. And this time was no exception.

I guess I should be less trusting in EVE. Oh well, my character flaw. However, you could give me all your stuff with a request to give it back and I would because I have integrity. I am just as trustworthy in EVE as I am in life. So prove me. By their fruits you shall know them, if I could insert a quote.

P.S. The cardinal rule in Minecraft is: "Don't dig straight down." FYI
And sorry for such a short post before but I had to do it right before I left for work. Any other questions?

Never trust anyone in eve.. and probably not in real life either.

Chribba, my friends... It's Chribba. He's the biggest scammer in Eve, nobody know it yet.

What function does this post serve?

Back to answer some questions.

1. I should have noticed that if it really is a logistics and mission corp, then the members I did see in corp should have had security statuses in the positives and much higher than usual. I mean if they do missions they should have high sec status, but I guess that can't always be true if they also do PVP, too.

2. Ya, google search is awesome. I searched the corp but not the character name. So lesson is, search everything you can including corp, character, and anyone else you can.

3. I also should have contacted any alliance the corp had been in to see if leadership had changed or if the corp was dead and Demonfudge just inherited it or something. Just saying a back story could help.

4. To whoever said I should join them: If you take a look at my killboard on battleclinic, which I'm not saying is impressive and probably shows I am a carebear. You'll notice I have a solo kill against a Thrasher a while back. That is the closest I've gotten to piracy and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm just not a pirate, I guess. So I play EVE to have fun. Piracy is not for me. However I did try it just to see if I liked it and didn't.

5. Tolkenmoon - I STRONGLY advise you to not deal with him. He was nice to me, too, until it went wrong. However if you go against my advise, be ready. Take screenshots and post them. I wish you luck.

6. He does have a bunch of alts, and anyone could be an alt. I think the dudes I linked were all alts of his, cause they didn't all lock me at once in my shiny ship.

7. For all those saying something along the lines of "You got what you deserve, you noob." I totally agree with you. But hopefully I am less noob-ish. Everyone starts out as a noob. The smart ones don't stay that way though. And the even smarter ones learn from other people's experiences. I, however, had to learn this one myself. So I guess I am on a quest to NOT be a NOOB!

Any other questions? I think I'll only answer one more time. And yes some posts served no purpose, but to bump this thread. So, I guess I'll take the free bump.

Yeah they took 2-3b off me last night. Stuff all left :( lol

I am curious as to how they attacked me in high sec without police response?

Was it because i was in his corp/fleet?
