ECCM and probing

I was experimenting on SISI with ECCM and probing. I was surprised, that I got with my maxed prober a 100 % result with perfect placed probes on ships with insanely high sensor strength and small signature, i.e. like 300 sensor strength and 140 Signature Radius. It is no more Sensor Strength / Signature Radius, I guess.

1) What is the new formula?

2) maybe explain with an example. Scan deviation, on how hte probes are place seems to be rather important.

3) What Sensor Strength/Sig Radius, you think, is enough, if the ship is parked in a certain distance, i.e. like 1 au, to make it defacto unprobable?

Everything is probable now.

It's been impossible to build an unprobe-able ship for...what? A year now?

The formula is the same as it always was, only now (now as in since Incarna) there is a hard cap on how high can the ratio go.

Not exactly the same as they changed it so all probes add to the result instead of the "best" 4 at the same time as they added the hard cap. But close enough to not really matter.
