1) Find another alliance - I hear they like toons with carriers.

2) Sell carrier - there are trusted players for this purpose.

3) You can besides sell the carrier, also sell the toon.

So there are plenty of ways to profit in the short term, besides wishing you could bring a cap to highsec.
