Can't log into old account on account management.

Account management page just won't let me log into my old account, The pass/username is correct from what i can remember, and the character name is definitely correct.

It's been inactive for over a year or two.

This is a trial account so i can't post anywhere else.

if i can't log into my old account, how can i possibly add game time to it?

I've already sent a petition about log in problems.

Anyway if you could help it would be appreciated.

Filing a petition is indeed the correct solution to this problem.

If you haven't tried already, I'd suggest you try doing a Password Recovery, on the off-chance that you might be using a wrong password
If this dosen't solve the issue, please wait for reply on the petition
