You're absolutely right in thinking 15B is too low. A solid subcap pilot with maybe 10M SP's less could fetch almost 15B on the right day. This is all that plus an incredibly good cap pilot. The problem is that you're getting into the upper levels of characters so your market is smaller and your character is much more complex than cheaper characters, so advertising is key. If you're not interested in all my blabbing just skip to the bottom for the quote.

Drone skills are excellent, fighters V is a top tier skill. Electronics and engineering are everything you'd expect from a character like this - perfect logi skills, lot's of V's. Gunnery is also as expected - two large gun specialties (Minmatar and Gallente) and pretty much maxed gunnery support along w/ dread guns for both of those races. Industry is empty - a big bonus and something you don't see much with high SP characters. Leadership has a nice base as you mentioned and mechanics is mechanics - nothing special or lacking here. Missiles are bomber ready as they should be, nothing else to note here. Navigation includes JC5 - like fighters V, another huge selling point. Finally, spaceship command looks great w/ cap ship V, and pretty much every specialty ships at IV.

Pilot Specialties:
- Perfect logistics for both shield and armor. Very nice.
- Gallente caps with beautiful support skills - fighters V, JC V, cap ships V. Dread skills - oddly rare it seems now.
- Pretty much perfect T1 ship skills for both Minmatar and Gallente subcaps.
- Dictors, hictors, hacs, recons - you name it, they're at level IV with excellent supporting skills.
- Supercaps are ready to train and not just as a SC holder toon, but legit combat supercaps.

Weaknesses
- ECM is the notable exception to otherwise excellent support skills.
- T3's. Level V in at least Offense and defense is expected. Luckily this is only a couple weeks training and then both the Proteus and Loki will be perfect.

Now, getting to the price. Here's some recent comps:

[*] Based on these comps, I estimate a sale price around 18-20B. 18B for a quick sale, 20B if you have time.

If this is a "soon to be" Erebus pilot, you need to work up the armor comp skills to 5, all 4 of them. It's a short train and will boost the price. And is also important for a titan pilot.
