Fitting a Sabre for the first time. Do I fit it like a thrasher?

Hi all, I am getting ready to fly the sabre for the first time. I'm thinking of fitting it like the Thrasher.

Any have Sabre Fits worth using?

Unless you're using it in null/w-space all it is is a souped up Thrasher. So in that case yes. But if you need a bubble launcher... fit one?

Actually since the destroyer buff, the sabre is worse at the thrashers role than the thrasher itself. Even if fit for combat, the Sabre is not a "souped up" trasher anymore. The only reason to fly a sabre is the interdiction sphere launcher nowadays.

pretty sure more fitting slots and double bonuses make it a superb combat lowsec vessel. It also costs 100x as much.

all depends on where you're going to use your ship, low/null, if high sec it's easy: always moar guns and gyros !
