Hi, as the title says, looking for a recon pilot that is capable of lighting a covert cyno.

Have a fairly large budget, but would prefer a focused toon. post your offers below.

This guy might be what your looking for. I had no plans to sell him but everything in eve is for sale at the right price. And eve toons are like condoms. When you cant rinse them out anymore you go buy a new one P

I was looking around 20m sp range with focused training on only recon+cyno but what do you expect for your toon?
