WTD: 30bn Loan/Bond - 5Bn isk profit in 4 weeks.

Hey,

Never really done this before, but here goes. I intend to sell this char, but before I do so I need to purchase some new chars. with the changes to character bazaar, the character being sold now has to be in an NPC corp at the time the sale thread is created. It's a pretty crap rule, but every thread not adhering gets closed.. so what choice do we have?

My intention is to buy up 1/2 chars over the next couple of days, before placing Almiel up for sale. Almiel is a pretty special character as you can see from skills here:

She is 144m sp, born in 2003 and a truely unique character. However chars of this scale tend to take 2-4 weeks to sell, so I need to try and give myself as much time to sell as possible.

I have previously been offered 90bn isk for this char, but the buyer told me he needed a week to gather the isk - this might turn out to be the deal I take - otherwise I'll take the best offer available in 3-4 weeks from now.

What I basically need is capital to purchase new chars, to allow me to drop my corp and sell this char. At the time of selling Almiel, or after 4 weeks I will transfer 35bn to whoever lends me the isk.

Collateral wise, I don't really have much other than 7bn isk, some caps etc probably totally 10bn isk. Happy to discuss/negotiate with any potential investor ingame. Please get in touch.

I probably wont supply you with ISK But I am wondering!

Why do you feel like you cant survive on a alt for a couple of weeks until the trade goes through?
Because the small NAV you have, a fee of 1.25 Billion each week seems like it would be worth it to me. It can't be that you have anything else lucrative that you must have chars to attend to.

I get bored too easily, having sat in HS for 2 days over the weekend I found myself playing BF3/D3 etc and not logging into EVE.

My current alts are 2m sp and a leadership boosting char. None of which can do anything in 0.0 other than PI :(

How would you transfer 35B isk if you haven't sold the character yet?

It will be sold, it might just mean accepting a lower offer than I would normally entertain.

Failing that, Selling my booster alt, caps and then ETC I suppose. Fortunately for me, in 4 months is tax return time. Either way the debt will be paid.

But, this car will sell - it's far too good not to. and judging by previous interest i'll have no issues at all.

Would you be willing to provide the character as collateral?


I provide you with 30B isk, you transfer the character to me (arranged as a private char 'sale', to prevent scam).
Almiel remains on my account until a seller has been found. I execute the sale and transfer the balance (sale price minus 35B) to you.

You could always buy the char :)

Let me petition to ensure the legality of doing a transfer in that way, i'll get back to you ASAP.

I'm pretty sure it's legal, but it's not secured by CCP.
That is, if you willingly transfer a character to my account, it's mine to do with as I please (as far as CCP is concerned). You'll have to trust that I'll later execute a sale with whomever you've chosen as the buyer.

I'm JC'ing back to empire now to drop corp, i'll start the sale process and see how desperate i get. I need to give thought to transferring a 90bn isk commodity to someone who can screw me, with no come back :)

I think Estel was basically saying the same thing, why would anyone give you 30 bil isk with no collateral just to get screwed by someone, with no come back :)

BTW how did you come up with the 60 bil to buy this character a month ago, sounds like alot of scamming to me

I came up with it from playing since 2003, living in 0.0 and doing sites etc.

Maybe you should have spent that time "since 2003" building trust with people in game so that you wouldn't even need to come to this ****** subforum.

How do you not have 30 bil isk if you're a 2003 character anyway.

If I had a 144M SP 2003 character I would be so attached to it that I'd not sell it for all the ISK in the world.

Heck if somebody offered me 200B today for this 2009 character I'd tell him no way.
