    I find this as well even though a recent thread said it was not allowed to can flip in newbie systems, that was considered griefing rookies and not allowed. Yet it happens all of the time. Now I also find that if you go away from the newbie systems nobody is can flipping. Yet that is where it is allowed. Obviously we have a segment of players in this game that think griefing newbies is their job in this game. And that is a banable offense. Maybe they are that bored that pushing the line is the only thing that gets them off? Or they can not handle mature gamers in EVE and rookies is all they can handle. The guys that do this must know that what they are doing is a banable offense.
