If you have a corporation thats called skunkworks or moar tears you just know enough i would say.
Also i would not bother hire any merc corps to help E-UNI out, they can take care of themself and if there is someone who can bring a hole lot of fun then there are enough corporations who help the uni for free.

Uni has what about 1500-2000 members if they can't manage to get enough people online on the different timezones to manage the faildecks, then a 40 men merc corp can't either.

Depends on the wardecs and how they operate. Sometimes a well-coordinated small group can do quite a lot of damage.

I just realized...you've got the wrong Skunkworks. That was the alliance called "Skunk Works." It was created about 2 weeks after our corp and is not affiliated with us at all.

When I take decs for "Stay Calm Don't Panic", I just try to avoid this kinds of players who are clueless..... Besides that I also always explain that we cant shoot targets that stay docked, logged off, play on alts, etc.... Fail question, is fail answer. Blink

moar tears is a great group of pilots. if the couldnt get a kill no merc corp can with same numbers. some people just fly to tight. just because they didnt kill your target dosent mean they didnt try and our time is isk. sorry for your bad luck with the rest of the mercs but if it makes you smile we poped monks's pod not long ago for a around a bil rofl.
