Edit: but it could also be a Templar, an Amarr Fighter deployed by Carriers.

It's the Damnation, not the other two. New skin made it look silver, especially on the head. The other two are now in a deeper shade of gold.

According to the full-size image, the "active ship" is an Astarte (Gallente Command Ship), but I don't know Gallente ships, so it could just be a bad photoshop.

I am pretty sure this is a Templar Amarr Fighter.

It could be a little confusing because of the missile launchers mounted on the wingy bits and the top in the Unified Inventory pic, but it's pretty definitively a Templar, an Amarr fighter drone used by carriers.
