I'm just curious, but what is the best null sec exploration ship? A Domi? Myrm? Any thoughts?

Tengu.

Not particulary on the speed of running Anomalies but because of the way it allows you to travel through 0.0

al it will do enough damage to run those anomalies as well

Look at here : Nullsec Ninja Explo Guide
Hungry Eyes also revitalised the thread testing new DDA mods.

Good ships :
Tengu, Ishtar, drone Proteus ( that one is quite interesting since Inferno )
Those ships excel in Guristas/Serpentis space.

Remember that doing nullsec sites solo will take quite some time ( outside of low end ones ). In some cases you will need backup.

Also it depends on situation. If you are in 'safe' space then you can use some battleships but if you are operating in hostile space only then T3's or Ishtar are much better because they can move quickly, have bigger chances escaping camps and T3's can fit IN subsystems making them ignore bubbles.
