2.2 mil skillpoints, strictly focused to fly an Orca.
Clean killboard, no standings, no killrights, been in starter corporation since character created.
Currently docked in Jita.
Full set of +3 learning implants installed, remapped for perception/willpower right now.
2 bonus remaps available.

Character is ready for transfer, all CCP rules apply.

Starting bid 1.7 billion
Bid increment 100 mil
Buyout 2.2 bil.

u wont get much higher, the low leadership and 0 drones/refining skills makes this a 1bil toon to me. Its about useless as an orca pilot

Bump. Was on vacation for a few days, Im back now.
Please stop with the lowball offers / trolling... A toon costs a bill just to transfer. If this is not what you want, please refrain from posting...
