I remember the first time I came across the legendary Veldnaught over in Amarr, I had heard the story once long ago, never thought it was the real deal.

I was inspired and a year later I mined enough mins to build my own dread, and to celebrate I mined some veldspar with it.

How about Chribbanainnen; a system that has befallen some kind of catastrophe reducing all planets and moons to rubble. Basically a miner's paradise with a vast array of belts and gravimetric sites. Perhaps it could be a low-sec system surrounded by high-sec systems. I've totally not thought the implications of that through, but I'm pretty sure there's hilarity to be had for some/all [delete as applicable] parties.
