If Nex forced goons to nearly rage quit Eve and CCP stepped in.... with a "refocus"

Would Hulkageddon nearly forcing miners to rage quit do the same thing?

Yeah. But the Nex made a lot of people nearly rage quit. Goons are hardly able to influence high-level CCP decision making like you're attempting to imply.

... are they rage quiting? "I R Quittan" threads in GD don't count, BTW.

Suicide ganking a Hulk in high security and then trying to justify that action as a CCP advertised game play option is definitely debatable. Trying to make others believe that it's providing a service for the betterment of Eve is just plain fail, especially if it causes players to quit.

What's really sad is how you take so much pride and enjoyment out of causing some players to quit this game. Otherwise you wouldn't have posted the chat log link or made reference to them selling their characters as "mission accomplished". Even with it being disguised as a question it's obvious that's the reason for posting this thread. Not to mention trying to boost your ego.

Speaking of which, taunting others in this thread to meet up with you in real life "on a date" to prove how brave you are is basically flaming with the intention to insult and enrage them. In fact, this thread is nothing more than a troll post deliberately created to promote anger and disrupt the community as well as incite a forum flame war.

Maybe you should have reviewed the forum rules before posting. Either way, I will be reporting this thread and I encourage those who also voiced the same viewpoint to do the same.

The game does not revolve around your wishes. "Don't fly what you can't afford to lose" isn't some stupid catchphrase, it's a rule of the game. It applies throughout the game, not just in whatever you designate as the "PvP area." If you quit over the loss of your ship, so be it - the game will continue on without you.
