Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I played the game for a month last year and decided to jump back in a bit more seriously, but having some really odd behavior with my overview. After an enemy is killed the overview stops updating and the enemy ship instead of disappearing or turning into a wreck stays as an "x" but is greyed out. I can still target other ships, but they are no longer being sorted by distance and this could get one scrammed and killed very fast. Same happens when salvaging wrecks more often then not instead of the wreck disappearing it stays in the overview and is greyed out. When this happens during combat or salvaging, I can no longer give commands like double click to loot or double click to approach in the overview.
