If you can fly proteus, loki, rev/moros and archon youre good to go for anything in a c5-6.
obviously you also need to be able to probe in a covops.

aditional useful ships are bhaalgorn, guardian, damnation (with links obviously).

True story. My plexing carrier is meta 14 fit cuz I can.

Serious Answer:
T3, generally Armor for PvP or Tengu for PvE. Guardian is a good choice. Moros/Revelation/Archon if you escalate PvE. Loki/Rapier for webbing. Gas Harvesting 5.

Most T3s can be used if you know what you need to use them for.

A better question is what do you plan to do in a C5/C6?
