POS tower. Fuel and Stront. SMA and corp hangar. hardeners, jammers, some defenses.

PVE ships. Ammunition. Haulers. Salvager. Scanning ships. Scanning ALTS.

PVP ships if you're so inclined. A plan to avoid getting stomped on if you're not.

edit: POCOs and PI hardware once you're settled in. Possibly a second POS for refining.

When i was looking into the subject the best list i found was with this guide, though i did end up adding to the list, depends what goal you are looking to achieve.
