Hi.

I'm trying to use this ship to run lvl-4 missions.

Just because i'm tired of drakes, nighthawks, and navy ravens and i want to make it interesting, at least for a while.

Can anyone give me some advice about it: how to fit, and when to find agents with less painters, webs, and maybe less jammers...

Now i'm using that, for lvl 3 missions yet...

in 2007 i've thought it's a sci-fi simulator, not an "e-sports" game. I'm not a teenager, how would i like it much?

killing npc battleships with a frigate is one of the most boring things I've ever done in eve. pretty comparable to mining, spend most of your time just sitting there watching the screen.

might want to start off with faction rockets just to try and kill frigs faster, well unless rage rockets do good damage on them (looks like fury rockets will work according to my lazy efting). or use javelin rockets just to kite them and stay out of web range.

and the fit looks very over cap stable 67% I dropped the ab + cap booster and put a mwd and web on. that and your tank seems a little overly expensive. swapped the rigs, a t2 rof rig for a bit more dps, and an agility rig, more agility = tighter orbits and faster acceleration. lastly no more dcII, moar dps!

If he's doing missions, he's not going to be able to use the MWD, since most of them take place in Deadspace.

(I'm at work so I have no access to EFT)

I would drop the Damage Control for another BCS, and replace the Thrusters. With the AB, it's better to sig tank, so you're not going to be taking that many shots... hopefully. The auxilary thrusters will certainly help you get to places faster, but I would replace them with a missile rig for extra DPS. Maybe a Small Bay Loading Accelarator?

Bottom line, you're going to need all the DPS you can get to take down those battleships.

Edit: Hm. Looking at it, I seem to almost have made the exact same suggestions as Chainsaw Plankton, with the exception of the MWD. Oops.

Actually most missions allow you to use a MWD now (that change was a while ago). And probably your best bet for no "webs, painters, and ECM" would be gal space. Serpentis missions are probably what you want.

damping doesn't do much when you have frig scan res and have to get super duper close anyways P

An interesting advices, especially rigs.

I've tried MWD in a first time, but i've recieved a lot less damage when i swapped it to AB.

Serpentis... They're in Gallente space? Never cared about type of NPCs before :)

There's at least one drone+merc mission with very heavy webbing, ... 6-8 webs quickly applied on arrival in 2nd pocket following the use of an in-mission accel gate.. Sig / speed tanking may become tricky in that one.

AF's are great, + having a friend who flies a stealth bomber can be really helpful for BC-BS while the AF deals with frig-cruiser.

MWD's = Sig bloom., which can quite seriously fry a frig.

That would be 'Silence the Informant' and yes, you will be heavily webbed in the second room.
