IIRC, learning all the skills to level 5 was somewhere around 20 years training time. This may have changed since they removed learning skills, not sure.

If you have a set of +5's it turns into 21.6 years on a new character. I'm guess with +5's and using remaps for max training time you could reach it in 20 years...

I think currently most of the Devs are training Communication to lvl 5.

I ran it through not to long ago and got it down to around 23-25 with +5s (don't remember the exact numbers), closer to 30 without.

I think OP is trying to gauge what sort of changes are coming in the winter exp. So if all devs are training Large Hybrid V then it ought to be good.
