Indeed there is! In fact I've been using and abusing that rule in this very thread to report folks for attacking developers with unfounded rumors!

Meanwhile a reasoned and cited argument made calling out Jade's lies gets completely ignored. I used everything I learned in my English Comp class for that.

I didn't know that I was arguing. All I am asking for is enough with the "Goons R Bad" threads. As far as this war horse**** I don't care. Those matters have IA as an intended audience not these forums. This thread should have never been written and as such it sucks. it didn't just start sucking. It sucked coming right out of the gate.

Specifically look at the 'rumor' threads part. You are not allowed to start rumor, insult anyone at all or abuse anyone on CCP. There has already been some selective enforcement happening the last couple of days.
