On a side note!

This will really upset Blizzard Twisted

What with the class action by Korean Internet Cafe Owners over the 'Always Online' on requirement and server saturation errors for Diablo 3

Now this law will ban Blizzard's new money making in House Real Money Auction House for Diablo 3 Lol

Not really sure that's going to affect them much since I think the majority of real money purchasing players are going to be in the US. Yes....I bought the kung fu panderan and little KT. Amazingly, I wouldn't have a problem buying things in this game if they didn't cost 70$ and were completely worthless, not like my panda that performs marital arts for my amusement or little KT who freezes small critters nearby and cackles maniacally.

So close...

I don't think the proposed law would affect blizzard's trading house. You aren't allowed to bot for items and it is arcades (aka gambling slot machine parlors) that are prohibited from listing in-game items as (real world?) property, nor are arcades allowed to provide real world gift certificates for in-game items since certificates can be traded for cash and can get around slot machine payout limits. Or something like that.

Basically, I think it means they're trying to fix this problem: http://www.rjkoehler.com/2006/08/22/sea-story-scandal-simmers/

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.
