Fleet invite isn't working

So someone told me that they couldn't invite me b/c I was already in a fleet, so I logged on an alt, and tryed to invite myself, and found that the fleet forms, without the character that was invited. Maybe I have something clicked somewhere that says auto decline fleets or something, anyone that can help plz reply.

Derp.... I had auto-decline convos, mod can close.
