Looking for a male PVP toon (20-40m SP)

I'm looking to purchase a male pvp toon (20-40m SP) preferably as focused as possible, I don't want any wasted SP in Industry. Preferably one race, doesn't matter which, though I have a slight leaning towards hybrid/missile users.

Must have a decent name (no numbers, chat speak or random capitalized letters), and ideally will have one race's Frigate, Cruiser and Battleship to V, Cybernetics V would be a bonus.

Post here with your eveboard links please.

Budget is enough for any toons within that price-range.

Not really what I'm looking for, has wasted SP in Industry and Exhumers etc. Also looking for a male toon.
