Amarr can have a 10% Basic / 20% Intermediate / 30% Advanced refinery.

Foundation = one basic
Pedestal = one basic + one intermediate
Monument = one basic + one intermediate + one advanced

10%: max skills + 4% implant yield = 74.35% (less than an Intensive Refining Array = 75% ore, 100% ice)
20%: max skills + 4% implant yield = 84.35%
30%: max skills + 4% implant yield = 94.35%

I'd imagine jumping a loaded Rorqual to a 50% lowsec / NPC nullsec refinery would be better. Surely there is something else:
