I can't decide if you're angry, confused, or concentrating. Still, good avatar. Looks authentic. 9/10 for being realistic.

Just updated mine with a snazzy NEX coat that I didn't pay for, because the plex-free monocle didn't troll well enough on its own.

Interesting use of lighting and the aviators' built in reflection, the avatar has got personality and is easy to identify. On the down side, it's not very expressive aside of "i am here staring at this light on the ground for nothing", so i will call it 8/10 out of originality.

Very nice colors, pretty face, nice framing, good pose.
If the goal was for it to look like she's looking into the camera, you turned the eyes a little too much to the lower left.
The lighting (I think .. or something else xD) makes her look a little like "pasted" onto the background.
