T3 Fit for exploration (And please no Tengus)

I am looking for T3 fit for exploration one with Drone or missiles and shield tank(passive if possible) ,BUT not Tengu .Its great ship and all but its ugly to me(T3 in high sec overkill anyway at least will fly with something nice looking) and with price around 1b so i could replace it in case i fail miserably.

Ps. I have zero armor tanks skills so shield tanks is a must. Thank you for help in advance.

Then you are screwed. The only decent missile T3 with a shield tank is the tengu. The only T3 with half decent drone capabilities is the proteus, which pretty much is armor tanked.

I used that one for hisec ( Guristas/Serpentis ) and it worked great. Much more fun than Tengu.

Just my opinion:

What you want is a Rattlesnake , Gila, or Drake.
Tengu is THE missile shield tank T3. If you want something else like it in another hull, then your basicly asking for unproven T3 designs.

tryed them but unfortunately they are realy bad at exploration they are more suited for mission or i have switch ships for scan(That one of main reason why i going for T3).

the usual suspects: tengu + loki. the other ones do not have dedicated subsystems, but you could still fit a decent shield tank if you throw ludicrous amounts of isk at them.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Just out of interest, is there a reason you want a T3 and aren't wanting to use something like an Ishtar? Because imho the latter is the king of solo exploration.
