•GPU: Radeon HD 4650 1GB

•Average FPS during the fight at the gate in Poitot, zoomed out (no brackets): Didnt check FPS, but was fairly responsive.
•Average FPS - Zoomed in (no brackets): Didnt check FPS, but was fairly responsive.
•On a scale of 1-10, how would you compare FPS and performance between this test and TQ with same settings? (1=way worse, 5=same, 10=OMG this is awesome) 5.
•Did you experience any disconnects or crashes? None.
•Describe your experience, make comments, suggestions, etc.: Seemed to extremely disorganised, and i was never really sure what was going off, or what i was meant to be doing. But still had fun.

[Edit]
Noob Q -- Where do I find my FPS data on the UI :p

Possible useless idea -- Is a [Create Settings Logfile] button on the ESC-Menu a feasable addition to it. That way we could just C&P the data directly, or upload/attatch a txt file that contains video settings data.

machine info:

OS: windows vista ultimate service pack 2
CPU: intel centrino duo (core2 duo) @ 1.83 GHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce Go 7400
RAM: 2 GB
Number of clients: 1
Graphics settings: as low as possible

User experience:

FPS on gate (zoomed in) around 1.5-3 fps
zoomed out: 3-5 fps
combat fps: 1.5

crashes?: yes, frequent ui failures, got "entering space" while in middle of engagements off planet 1 even though I had been there for a while, misiles would stop firing (was fly9ing a drake), ui elements would disappear/reappear. Also mutiple "socket closed" errors. All unessential software on this computer was closed and unloaded prior to masstesting.

Seemed to work best during the POS engagement, but outside of that I was completely combat ineffective due to the extreme frequent client issues and disconnects.

Just on a sidenote as Afterthougth.....those FOFOFOFOFOFOF guys were pretty annoying, if at all possible would be there a way that if GM's or ISD's in Fleet could get rid upon such distracting Chatting in Fleet chat and Local would be helpful, if not all make Experience for those Really want to help testing a bit better.

Did you experience any disconnects or crashes? No disconnects or crashes, but nasty lag during the fights.
Describe your experience, make comments, suggestions, etc.:

Was in Fleet W. When my drake got destroyed during the gate camp battle, I got a BAD spike of lag. Before I could warp out to get another ship, I got podded.

On the whole, it was fun and it seems a bit more responsive than the last mass test I was in.

os: windows 7 64 bit

cpu: amd a8 3510 quad core with radeon hd graphics at 1.80 ghz

ram: 6 gb

average fps was about 10 durring the major engagement

personally, ive never been involved in a major fleet engagement and it didnt go exactely how i expected but to see all of us at once in system was pretty bad @$$. i dont know if it was my rig but it also didnt perform like i thought it would either but again ive never been involved in something of this scale so i didnt have much to go on to make any real expectations. the one thing i didnt like was the organization surrounding what we were actually supposed to do. the second half of it i was completely lost so i just followed the crowd until i got destroyed. all in all though, i would definitely do it again n im looking forward to seeing what u guys come up with next. - MurKfaCe

Describe your experience, make comments, suggestions, etc.:

General lag seemed minimal, modules responded, mouse clicks in space functioned.
With brackets on, it was marginally playable but client responded and did not lock up.
Incoming Fleet audio was functional, yet i had no reason to speak / test out going audio .

  • Describe your experience, make comments, suggestions, etc.: Everything was smooth, apart from Eve Voice - speech often broken, slow to deactivate/activate when switching between squads etc. Otherwise, modules responded, virtually no delay in loading grid with mass jumps.

Smartbombs were a bit of a nuisance - maybe they could be banned next time because all I saw them do was SB their own fleet.
